By registering for and participating in the Ramadan Tournament, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following Rules & Regulations:

1. Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Ramadan Tournament is voluntary. By registering, I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected sports and activities and that I meet any eligibility requirements set by the organizers.

2. Health Declaration & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks and consequences arising from my participation in the tournament.

I agree to participate at my own risk and confirm that I am medically fit to take part in the activities for which I am registering.

​

3. Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship

All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, fair, and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

​

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Violence, intentional harm, abusive or threatening behavior.

• Disrespect, arguments, or aggressive conduct toward referees, officials, staff, or spectators.

• Failure to follow tournament rules, safety regulations, or official instructions.​

All decisions made by referees and tournament officials are final. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the tournament without refund or compensation.

4. Organizer’s Rights

SODIC Clubs and the event organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify schedules, formats, or rules when necessary.

• Suspend, disqualify, or remove any participant for safety reasons, misconduct, or rule violations.

• Refuse participation or withdraw any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

These decisions may be taken at any time and without prior notice.

5. Parental / Guardian Consent (Participants Under 18)

For participants under the age of 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

By completing the registration, the parent or legal guardian:

• Confirms consent to the minor’s participation.

• Confirms that the minor is physically and mentally fit to participate.

• Accepts all risks associated with the minor’s participation.

• Accepts responsibility for the minor’s conduct and compliance with all tournament rules.

6. Liability Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and hold harmless SODIC, SODIC Clubs, the event organizers, Penetration Advertising, and all affiliated entities, sponsors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or damages arising from injury, loss, damage, or death related to my participation in the tournament.

7. Photography, Video & Media Consent

By participating in the tournament, I grant permission to SODIC, SODIC Clubs, the event organizers, and their partners to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings in which I (or my child) may appear.

These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, website, advertising, and internal communication purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.

8. Personal Data Protection, Privacy & Marketing Consent

I acknowledge and agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and stored by the Club for the purposes of tournament registration, organization, communication, safety, administration, and marketing and promotional activities, in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

I expressly consent to the use of my data for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to communications about future events, activities, offers, and services related to the Club, through appropriate communication channels.

​

I understand that my data will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to the Club without my consent.

9. Acceptance of Rules

By completing the registration and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Rules & Regulations and that I agree to comply with them throughout the duration of the tournament.
